## Beschreibung
Grafana ist ein [Open-Source-Tool](https://opensource.org/about), mit dem man Daten [visualizieren](./Tools/Visualizer) kann. Es hilft dabei, Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen wie Datenbanken oder Metrik-Systemen in Diagrammen, Grafiken und Dashboards darzustellen. So kann man auf einen Blick sehen, wie sich bestimmte Werte verändern und wichtige Informationen schneller verstehen. Es wird oft in der IT und bei der Überwachung von Systemen (IT Monitoring) genutzt. Zusätzlich bietet Grafana die Möglichkeit, [Alarme](./Tools/Alarm) einzurichten. Wenn bestimmte Schwellenwerte überschritten werden, wie z. B. bei zu hoher CPU-Auslastung oder niedrigem Speicherplatz, kann Grafana automatisch eine Benachrichtigung senden.
